About the Job
The Enterprise Architecture team consists of highly technical leaders that are applied to run strategic programs on Microsoft's largest customers. These programs consist of multiple projects to help customer C-level stakeholders reach their objectives across the enterprise ranging from Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more.
Customer Success Unit Managers act as the consistent leader that builds context on the customer stakeholder's program domain, and then uses that context to help orchestrate across the other Microsoft delivery teams and partners.

**Responsibilities**
+ Lead career development of your directly reporting Architects
+ Establish patterns and practices to help manager engagement hygiene across Microsoft's largest customers.
+ Set strategic direction for the Enterprise Architect team's strategic programs
+ Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align with customer objectives and Microsoft's value proposition.
+ Engage with customer Senior Director, Vice President, and C-level stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities across their enterprise domain.
+ Help Enterprise Architects orchestrate across other Microsoft delivery teams and partners to ensure alignment, integration, and quality of the program outcomes.
+ Mentor and coach other architects and technical professionals within the team and across the organization

**Qualifications**
**RequiredQualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, consultative selling, or related technical work or internship experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Master's or Doctorate Degree in relevant customer industry or 8+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
+ 6+ years experience using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
+ Formal education or experience in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
Digital Advisory M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $131,700 - $258,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,400 - $277,200 per year.
