Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Degatech Systems, Inc. is seeking motivated professionals with a passion for aviation, customer service, and technology to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will work with our fuel procurement platform, FuelerLinx, and FBO analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with FuelerLinx platform navigation and troubleshooting.
- Analyze FBO data to deliver insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve client issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service or aviation preferred.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with software platforms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
