Position Summary
Our Customer Success organization supports a diverse range of clients across the medical and legal sectors, ensuring their success through our innovative digital marketing software and services. As a Customer Success Manager (internally referred to as Marketing Coaches), you play a pivotal role in guiding our clients toward achieving their marketing objectives through effective product adoption and personalized support.
After the initial onboarding process, you'll be entrusted with a portfolio of clients utilizing various digital marketing solutions. Your primary responsibility is to nurture these relationships over the long term, acting as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategies and ensuring our clients maximize the value of our services. You'll engage in goal setting, provide strategic insights, identify opportunities for growth, facilitate consultations, and serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams. Ultimately, your dedication to exceptional customer service will drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion, contributing directly to the growth of our organization.
We're seeking an ideal candidate with a proven track record in client-facing roles within the SaaS industry, particularly in digital marketing for small and medium-sized businesses. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service. Essential Duties
Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital marketing product suite.
Own the client relationship, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Educate clients on our products and services to drive adoption and usage.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored guidance.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and provide support.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations for their digital marketing efforts.
Drive upsell opportunities by consulting clients on new products and services.
Foster effective collaboration within your team and across departments.
Strive to enhance client satisfaction and advocacy through exceptional service.
Contribute to key performance metrics, including retention, upsell revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Embrace change and actively participate in the evolution of our customer success practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills
Strong business acumen with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in phone and video call etiquette, with strong presentation abilities.
Ability to set clear expectations and manage client relationships effectively.
Stellar time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Capacity to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Confidence in resolving client escalations with empathy and urgency.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
2+ years of digital marketing experience, including SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
1+ years of consultative sales experience.
Familiarity with web technologies and digital marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred.
Project management experience is a plus.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 USD
Uncapped Upsell Commission Program (Annual Average: $8,000 - $12,000)
Bonuses for Retention, Client Engagement, Positive Reviews, and Referrals (Average: $2,000 - $4,000)

Location: Remote, hybrid, or in-office (Melville, NY or Lehi, UT)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible hours available)
Two-month training period required (8am-5pm EST)
Occasional local or national travel may be required (<5% of the time)
