POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Customer Solutions team for processes related to condition monitoring of customer fleets, service agreements for customers and rental fleet, opening and closing work orders, subscription maintenance for product link. This position will also dispatch technology technicians.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for scheduling and dispatching technology technicians
- Manage subscription for newly sold machines and ensure compliance with data governance
- Create UCID’s for customer accounts
- Manage expired or expiring subscription contracts in contract tracking
- Resolve any discrepancies with machines/customers subscribing to VisionLink
- Assist customers with new enrollments in My.Cat.Com
- Support customers that have connectivity and reporting issues
- Manage unsubscribed assets within HOC territory (essential, basic, cat daily) in DSP
- Ensure customers currently subscribed to VisionLink have an active and open contract in contract tracking
- Research and verify correct service intervals, machine hours, machine location for service agreements
- Review auto renewals and enrollments for CVA agreements for all Internal and external fleets
- Open and Close work orders as needed
- Responsible for tracking PM/CM Tech Reports, Truck Inspections/90 BIT Inspection and Certifications
- Coordinate all service truck repairs for Supervisors
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accuracy of subscriptions sold on new and used machines
- Support CMA and CVA Supervisors
- Other duties may be assigned

- High level of organizational skills; excellent attention to detail; the ability to work closely and intensely with the top management as well as with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), creativity, resourcefulness, and an internal/external customer service orientation are essential in order to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as with outside clients.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
- Ability to write business correspondence, memos, and other material.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to fulfill the essential functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work with little direction and supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, time management, and be detailed orientated.
- Must be proactive and confident with a willingness to offer input and to contribute and defend ideas.
- A high level of proficiency required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required to perform the varied duties of this position.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid class C driver license and a clean DMV report.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $23 - $26 Hourly
Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
