What You’ll Do

- Serve as an empathetic and results-driven partner for customers.
- Provide solutions by navigating, influencing, and problem-solving in collaboration with customers.
- Assist with tax software inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through software functionalities.

- Salary Range: Starts at $16.00/hour pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factors
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Demonstrate expertise in tax software, assisting customers with installation, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Possess a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking principles.
- Analyze and resolve customer challenges, including setup, navigation, and diagnostics.
- Clearly communicate technical information to customers of varying technical backgrounds.
- Use patience, empathy, and active listening to address customer needs.
- Compose professional, grammatically accurate email responses when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the call log database.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or technical teams when necessary.
- Adhere to call center procedures, scripts, and quality standards.
- Maintain attention to detail in documentation and tracking problem resolutions.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and remain productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to remain focused and engaged on the phone or in person throughout your shift.
- Excellent attendance, ensuring you're there when our customers need you.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple windows and tabs while delivering top-tier customer support over the phone.
Experience:
- 2 years of call center experience in a customer support role, preferably in a voice-based position.
