About the Job
Rent Recovery Solutions is currently seeking to fill a full-time Customer Service and Support Representative position in the Atlanta Georgia office. We support the multi family rental industry by managing their delinquent accounts receivable collections.

As a Customer Service and Support Representative you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients. Your work will be focused on building lasting relationships. As a member of the client services team, you will also work with fellow team members on job objectives, collaborative projects, and day-to-day trouble shooting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to build strong partnerships with management company clients
- Respond to client inquiries through timely and accurate customer phone or email communications
- Problem resolution using critical thinking skills
- Support new clients through an onboarding process, to get them set up and trained, so that they are able to easily forward collection files by using integration software or web portal to RRS
- Work with the Client Services Manager
- Manage client account information with any accurate updates
- Collaborate with internal staff to extend excellent service to both multi family rental clients and ultimately their tenants
- Create client reports and account modifications as needed
- Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to manager on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Bonus opportunity with increase in client file placements
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems
- Superior interpersonal skills with ability to work with other departments, as well as clients
- Experience in using an online customer service programs
- 3-4 years of Customer Service related experience or need 2 years experience with additional specialized training
