Customer Service Support Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to new and existing customer accounts
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency
• Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with the company confidentiality mandates
