- Must be registered with SERIES 7 LICENSE
- Customer Service Experience
- Organized

- Written and Verbal
- Ability to multi-task and handle large volumes.
- Must enjoy being in the office
- 1 week onsite / 1 week remote
Responsibilities:
- Service simple to complex customer complaint cases
- Complex: money movement
- Small: On hold for too long
- Research complaints, and respond with verbal/written solutions to customer
