In many ways, you'll be the voice of our business This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack. Duties and Responsibilities You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to: Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text. Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications. Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics. Tools You'll Use Regularly: After training, you'll become proficient in the following tools to help manage your daily tasks: Shopify Asana Reamaze Postscript Nextiva Slack Amazon (Seller Central) Stamped.io Recharge Google Voice Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
