We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support a Call center position processing email tickets for service center. These roles handle mostly emails and light phones. Seeking solid clerical computer skills.

LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308
PAYRATE: 16.00 hour

- Call center position processing email tickets for service center.
- Workers will process about 30+ emails an hour.
- Most emails are sending out Zendesk tickets.
- Light phone calls maybe 5 calls an hour on a typical day.
- Must work onsite at office.
- Under general supervision, handles a variety of email request and sending out Zendesk tickets
- Calls are predominantly routine
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
- Onsite interviews
- Must be able to speak about your past jobs and roles and why you are looking at this time.
- Must be ok working on site in an office environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 1 years call center / customer support experience
- Training is during the first 30 days. No scheduled time off or absences in the first 30 days.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
- Computer literacy
