Customer Service Specialist - Storm Creek

What You'll Do:

• Be the Voice of Storm Creek: Deliver timely, friendly, and knowledgeable support via phone, live chat, and email.

• Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Clarify order questions, address inventory issues, and provide creative alternatives that delight our customers.

• Own the Journey: Monitor orders in our ERP system daily to ensure on-time delivery and a seamless customer experience.

• Handle Returns Like a Champ: Process returns and credits efficiently, ensuring customers feel cared for every step of the way.

• Resolve Issues with Excellence: Research and resolve order issues while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

• Be the Backbone of Sales Support: Partner with our inside and outside sales reps to bring orders to completion and provide over-the-top service.

• Onboard New Customers: Ensure an exceptional first impression for every new customer.

• Master the Systems: Maintain and expand customer and account data in our CRM and ERP systems.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and updates to drive continuous improvement.

• Know Your Stuff: Stay up-to-date on Storm Creek styles, features, and innovations to better serve our customers.

• Make a Difference: Take on exciting projects as assigned to help shape the future of our company.

What You Bring:

• 2 to 5 years of customer service experience (bonus points for promotional products or apparel industry expertise).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for multitasking.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• A natural ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

• Stellar organizational and follow-through skills.

• A team-first mentality with a cheerful and enthusiastic approach.

• Self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic small business setting.
