About the Job
- Oversee Daily Inside Sales Operations
- Assist Account Manager with quote preparation
- Accurate and timely entry of sales orders
- Closure of opportunities in Salesforce
- Contract Review of all orders
- Ensure on-time delivery by utilizing effective commit dates and proper expediting
- Ensure Customers are kept informed of key changes affecting their orders
- Alert customers of overseas shipments
- Secure End User certificates as needed
- Confirm all sales order changes to Production Control if it is a direct shipment from Vietnam
- Maintain customer account information in Glovia
- Return Goods Authorization process is coordinated and managed to final resolution and communicated to the customer
- Provide support to Accounts Payable with problems on customer payments and invoices
- Provide necessary documents to Accounting such as tax exemptions. Credit applications, and increases in credit form
- Internal and External problems/issues are expedited to achieve resolution
- Support Sales & Marketing and Business Unit Managers with relevant market information, customer issues and follow-up requirement information
- Provide support to International Offices and distributors, as required
- Cooperate with RoHS team on customer requests for certification
- Work with internal and external audit parties as necessary
- Attend necessary meetings
- Manage Infeed Customers
- Work open order status on all open orders weekly (this applies to additional customers but for Infeed customers it is critical)
- Work forecast at a minimum, monthly or more due to dynamics (this applies to some other customers)
- Attend and be accountable for weekly meeting
- One-on-one interaction with BU Manager and Product Line Manager for special projects related to Infeed Customers
- Update Sales work procedures
Education & Experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience
10+ years applicable sales support experience
Experience with CRM, MS Office
