Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, policy updates, billing questions, and claim assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options.
- Generate insurance quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
-Look for opportunities to offer existing clients additional lines of business.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
-Must be licensed in Property and casualty insurance or become licensed within the first 30 days. (We will pay for training material as well as provide reimbursement for exams.)
