Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Customer Service & Sales Representative:

• Enthusiastically educate customers about our client’s programs, services, and products to ensure they are fully informed
• Exhibit open and interactive communication to connect with consumer accounts and initiate the sales and customer service processes
• Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts
• Answer questions from customers regarding products and sales orders using information available from our telecommunications clients
• Follow the enrollment eligibility criteria and process policy at all times
• Work collaboratively with fellow Customer Service & Sales Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals
