Customer Service Sales Representative - JP Hayes Insurance Agency

As a Presidents Council agency, we are in the top 1% of the Farmers Insurance agency force. We are looking to add high quality customer service members to our team. With our agency, you will experience faster response times from Farmers Service Ops, and will be part of a high performing upbeat team who lift each other to be better and stronger for our clients.

Our team is devoted to helping our clients protect what matters most, and we are committed to providing 5 star customer service to everyone who is insured with our agency.

Your role will be to assist existing clients with their servicing needs, as well as actively look for cross sell opportunities.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
