Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
• Referral Generation: Generate new business by asking each customer for referrals..

• Bi-Lingual Preferred
• Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.. Must be bi-lingual.
