Customer Service Sales Manager
Position Overview: Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure efficient operations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the sales team.
Set and track sales targets.
Improve sales processes.
Coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
Report on sales metrics.
Prepare sales forecasts.
Ensure policy compliance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development.
Daily Tasks:
Oversee daily operations.
Conduct interviews and evaluations.
Maintain policies and procedures.
Balance workload and ensure timely responses.
Handle customer inquiries and problem resolution.
Approve new customer accounts and stock codes.
Prepare quotations and reports.
Manage end-of-day and end-of-month reporting.
Monitor and report on HubSpot activities.
Manage commission reporting and new rep paperwork.
Requirements:
Experience as an inside sales manager.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Advanced Microsoft application skills.
Strong sales administration knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Analytical and organizational skills.
BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
