Customer Service Representatives - Flynn O'Hara Uniforms

Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is the Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire, founded in 1972. We offer our team members flexible scheduling, a friendly working environment, in addition to competitive pay. Our Philadelphia, PA Corporate Office, is looking for resourceful, outgoing, patient fast learners for full-time seasonal work in our Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills and be able to work independently.

Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required; however, it is a PLUS!
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders.
• Process new orders through mainframe system.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Learn product line and processes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years high volume call center experience preferred.
• Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
• Mainframe experience a plus
• Well-developed understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, particularly July-September.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speaking applicants a plus
