The big task
We are looking for a well-qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be our company's first line of communication
Location: Martinsburg, WV
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay $15 - $20 Hourly
- This position will be from 12-8pm Monday - Thursday with an adjusting schedule on Fridays based on season. This will also require a rotating weekend based on seasonal needs

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
- Get potential customers excited about Johnson & Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning and encourage them to spread the word
- Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer needs
- Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions
If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount of skill and experience. Experience with Customer Service supporting all clients.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of customer service experience
- Self Starter with the ability to stay on task without direct supervision
- IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
