The Training Rate of Pay for individuals without any call center work history or less than 1 year of experience is $14/hr. Contingent on successful completion of Training, the pay rate may be increased to $17/hr.
Starting Rate of Pay for individuals with 1 year or more of relevant call center work history is $17.25/hr. - $23/hr.
We are currently looking to fill Evening and Weekend shifts.
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is the voice of our company. The CSR will be responsible for booking service appointments while promoting a professional award-winning Five Star Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information on products or services.
- Manages our Service Technicians' calendars through Service Titan.
- Delivers the call scripts with an authentic cadence, being clear, compelling, and personable.
- Takes Ownership/Responsibility, responds to our customer requests, and resolves the issue while promoting the brand.
- Establishes a positive rapport with customers to promote repeat business.
- Participates in training to boost booked appointments.
- Adheres to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintains and updates the customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
