Customer Service Representative at Partnership Employment

Join our client in Auburn, MA who is scheduling interviews for their Customer Service team. In this role you will be responsible for answering high volume calls, assisting clients with their request for services as well as answering any questions, processing payments, and handle any other enquiries.

Qualifications:

• Call Center or High-volume of inbound/outbound calls
• Strong Customer Service Experience preferred

• Type 30 WPM
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
