Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for supporting the Customer Service Supervisor, maintaining a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers, entry of orders and various customer service projects as assigned.
- Reviewing, allocating, entering, and confirming orders in a timely manner
- Communication with customers and RSMs regarding orders and cancellations
- Accurate entry of all orders and cancellations in SAP and on the log (detailed comments included)
- Coordinate with appropriate sales representatives regarding customer needs
- Provide administrative support to Senior Customer Service Representative and/or Supervisor, including but not limited to project support
- Maintain and update POs as needed
- Perform daily QC on all orders and cancellations to ensure the correct number of doses and activity is shipped to the correct customer
- Maintain an efficient and organized work environment
- Assist Senior Customer Service Representative and/or Supervisor in files and record keeping of Customer Service department
- Timely processing of supply/consumable requests from customers/RSMs
- Occasional weekend/holiday coverage of Customer Service inbox as required or requested
- Undergo all formal training events as may be directed from time to time
- Observe and comply with all Sirtex Corporate policies
- Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality System requirements
- Work within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures, instructions, and other requirements
- Generate new monthly dose logs and update the formulas and Daily Sales summary sheet every month as need
- Create new accounts in the ERP system as needed with appropriate master data input
- Work with Accounts Receivable and Sales to ensure accurate purchase order entry on all required orders
- High school diploma – associate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and teamwork
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic-intermediate Microsoft Office experience required
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to effectively deal with a variety of people ranging from patients to health care professionals
The target base salary range for this position will range from $62,000 to $78,000 annually. Individual compensation for this job requisition will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including your geographic location, skills, experience, education and other factors as they relate to the position requirements. Actual compensation may vary depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience.
In addition to the expected base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Sirtex’s incentive programs (target bonus of 5% for this position) and benefit plans, which include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance and a generous 401k matching program.
