- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for product orders
- Perform accurate order entry and track order status
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Work within spreadsheets and ERP systems for data entry and tracking
- Maintain a high attention to detail, particularly as we launch our V2 Cartridges
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong order entry and customer support skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
