Our role primarily takes calls and supports providing responses to employer inquiries.
Job Description:
- Support Director Lower Authority Appeals, and Unemployment Insurance Quality Assurance team.
- Calendar management
- Filing
- Print outs for the auditor’s cases, putting the folders together for the auditors
- Filling out the information on the case folders
- Preparing the claimant questionnaires and typing the claimant letters and sending them out for both paid and denied cases
- Typing the employer letters for the denied cases
- Must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
- It would involve interacting with claimants, employers and attorneys as well as the Board members and the DAG.
- Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.
Qualifications:
- Detail orientated and accurate
- Self-motivated
- Audit support experience a plus
