About the Job
Minks is seeking a customer-oriented professional to assist our professionals and owner with the daily task of managing our appointments with online booking and phone calls and client flow. Help assist with any other issues around the salon that may need to be done while the staff and owner are with clients.

- This position is a front-of-house role.
- The ability to connect with people is a must.
- You will also be expected to assist in any task that may be needed while being an ally to the staff and clients.
- A true problem solver and someone who is detail-oriented.
- Scheduling appointments, answering questions and phone calls, selling retail and passing on information to the staff and clients.
- This position is crucial for the salon to function at its fullest potential. This is NOT a sit-and-clerk job.
