Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Perform data entry, administrative support, and assist the sales team as needed.
• Address customer inquiries about products and services.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate with shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate updates to clients throughout the order process.
• Assist customers with invoices, order updates, and vendor information management.
• Identify opportunities for additional orders by consulting with current customers.
• Accurately input and maintain information in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems or strong Excel skills.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• 100% onsite in West Chester Township, Ohio.
