Responsibilities

• Client Assistance: Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
• Policy Information: Educate clients about their insurance policies, explaining coverage, benefits, and any relevant details.
• Claims Support: Assist clients with filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
• Policy Updates: Make changes and updates to clients' policies as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance or financial industry.
