Attention all Customer Service Assistants, Customer Service Advisors, Call Center Representatives, Telemarketers, Etc... Are you tired of being on the phone or behind a laptop? Get out and about this summer as part of our Events Team!
We're looking to grow our events team this summer so we can help our clients connect with more of their target market across the Greater Chicago area. Our Customer Service and Customer Support Representatives will assist customers at live events in various venues in and around Chicago.
Customer-focused work experience is highly recommended, but no specific work experience is required because we provide ongoing training, mentoring, coaching, support, and other situational guidance as needed.

Customer Service and Support Representatives will be:
- Delivering high levels of customer service and support during events
- Helping customers understand more about the client's mission and values
- Enticing customers to sign up for the client's current offer / existing packages
- Answering customer's questions & overcoming common concerns/objections
- Ensuring a high volume of exposure for our client through proactive outreach
- Closing and consolidating a few sales from consumers with a genuine interest
- Collecting relevant feedback which could be useful for product development or future marketing campaigns
