About the Job
Our client, a purveyor of childhood instructional programs, is hiring multiple Customer Service professionals to assist during their busy summer season! In this role, you will focus on providing customer satisfaction and supporting departmental goals by accurately processing and responding to customer requests in a professional and supportive manner.
Responsibilities:- Gain familiarity with various course offerings and products
- Process orders and registration, perform product information delivery, create course enrollment, and follow up with customers
- Provide departmental and receptionist coverage as needed
- Assist with mail process including the opening, sorting, and distribution of mail
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least a year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and professional presentation
- Ability to research customer records in various applications and report on specific details as requested
- Ability to shift priorities and adapt to high activity environment
- Flexible and ability to assist where needed
- High degree of comfort with desktop computer functions
- Basic Internet navigation skills
