Customer Service Representative - Quaker Houghton

Job Summary:

• Processing orders that are sent via email, phone, EDI or fax.
• Obtain carrier quotes and determine shipping means for orders
• Process shipping paperwork (BOL’s, packing slips) for shipments
  from outside warehouses
• Check and understand inventory per order
• Invoice and send out invoices via email, mail or submitting on EDI
• Process RMA’s and credits, send requested documents like data sheets or SDS
• Process PO’s for 3rd party suppliers for drop ship orders to customers
• Approve freight bills from carriers for payment
• Create and maintain customers in Ross ERP
• Work daily with sales consultants

What we're looking for?

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years order entry/customer service
• Basic computer skills, customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and follow through, organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and understand how to prioritize
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook
• Bilingual, English & Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• Manufacturing Operating System
