Join a team of professionals who work together to provide quality services to the residents of Transitional Care Center Capitol City.

As a Customer Service Representative, we are searching for someone who is energetic and a great team player. The selected individual will have one or more years in a healthcare setting. We are looking for a committed individual with customer service, conflict resolution and excellent communication (verbal/ writing) skills.

Essential Job Functions:

Greet customer warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Identify and assess customerâ€™s needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships of trust though open and interactive communication..
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
