Customer Service Representative

Location: Walford, IA  

Shift: M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm  

Pay: $19/hour  

  

Advance Services is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work for a local warehouse company. 

 

Primary Job Description:  

• 
  Work with customers to coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet key customer delivery requirements while maintaining a professional demeanor at all time.  
  

• 
  Generate associated documents for customer shipments including warehouse pick sheets, packing lists and bills of lading.  
  

• 
  Receive inbound freight and verify contents. Reconcile product received with packing list information to identify any discrepancies. 
  

• 
  Direct put away, picking and packaging of product to maximize space and reduce damage.  
  

• 
  Communicate with customer and carriers for transporting customer orders and receipts 
  

• 
  Other duties as assigned
