About the Position:

CSAH is an AAHA Accredited state-of-the-art 24-hour Emergency Care/Specialty & Primary Care veterinary hospital. We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll interact with clients and team members professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing pet health needs with a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide caring and compassionate service to clients via telephone, email or in-person

• Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment

• Communicate clearly with clients, your team, and other members of the veterinary community

• Use the veterinary software to appropriately enter client/patient data,

• Keep accurate and timely medical records, and

• Schedule appointments

• Accurately process client payments and refunds

• Resolve minor client concerns and refer to supervisor when needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Compassionate and caring attitude.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Ability to react gracefully under stressful conditions.

• Experience working a a customer service representative or receptionist in a healthcare or veterinary environment preferred

$16 - $19 an hour

compensation based on skills and experience.
