Customer Service Representative - Farmers Insurance

Looking to add a team member to our already established and busy Insurance Agency in Ventura, CA. Previous industry experience preferred, but not required. Your primary role will be assisting in our Agency, with service and sales to new and existing clients.

Salary Range: $21.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Job duties include but not limited to:

• General service work
• Answering phones
• Gathering data from clients
• Handling client billing questions
• Setting up appointments
• Filling out applications with high level of detail
• Assisting with sales goals
• Record interactions in our agency database
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask

We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible, with a candidate meeting the following requirements:

1. Part Time or Full Time Position
2. Must possess a California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or CA Property & Casualty Insurance License must be secured within 60 days of hire.
3. Two or more years of industry experience preferred, but not required.
4. Self-starter who works independently.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Product.
