Customer Service Representative - TEKsystems

A premium Car Seat, Stroller, and Baby Gear company based out of Vancouver, Washington is looking to add call center customer service representatives to their team in a long term capacity. This position is Monday - Friday paying $18/hr - $21/hr! Description: + Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims + Assist customers + Log call data into computer system + Help troubleshoot product issues + Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs Skills & Qualifications: + 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred) + Accurate typing and spelling required + 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful) About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
