Customer Service Representative (CONTRACT) 

You are a skilled customer service professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

This position pays: $20-22/hr 
Location: Vacaville, CA

What you will do:

• Data entry and file clean-up project. 
• Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing emails efficiently and effectively
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls promptly
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Facilitate billing reconciliation with precision
• Efficiently manage invoices
• Additional clerical duties as assigned

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience
• Bilingual preferred
• Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
