Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with utmost courtesy and efficiency.
- Return customer calls, answer questions, and provide resolutions to issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers via email, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, and diligently following up on returns and re-orders.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, while meticulously tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist customers in resolving any problems that may arise during the purchasing process or during transit, providing comprehensive support and guidance.
- Report any listing or order errors promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to rectify issues and prevent recurrence.
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, payment processing, and monitoring supply inventory.
- Undertake cross-training in related positions as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- +1 year experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central Platform and SAP is a PLUS.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
