As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to our success.

• Pay: $19/hr
• Shift: M-F; 9-5

Responsibilities:

• Answering questions and handling complaints from customers
• Providing information about products and services
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Resolving customer issues and product returns/exchanges effectively
• Keep track of amazon portal

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling lacrosse clothing items.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for order processing.
• Excellent communication skills.
