HomeTown Services is a residential service provider in the South Central U.S. that provides homeowners with the highest-quality heating, AC, plumbing, and electrical repair and replacement services.
We are currently looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer Service experience.
Job functions:
- Inbound Customer Service Phone Calls
- Outbound Customer Service Phone Calls
- Handling Chats / Text Communication with Customers
- Multi-Screen management
- Multi-line phone operations
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information accurately.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Basic office functions such as emailing, faxing, filing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
