Responsibilities
Cross Sell: Engage with clients and find additional coverages and products that suit their needs.
Client Support: Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.
Policy Review: Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their needs and preferences.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail when processing policies, claims, and client requests.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the team.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and find solutions to meet client needs.Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in all client interactions to uphold the agency's reputation.
