As a Call Center Representative at Cloud Comfort HVAC, you will be the friendly voice that our customers rely on. You will manage incoming inquiries, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and ensure that each client experiences top-notch service. This is not your typical call center jobyou'll be part of an energetic and goal-driven team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll help shape the future of customer care in the HVAC industry!
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and website platforms.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist customers by providing product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns.
- Manage bookings from Yelp, social media channels, and online inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records with accurate details after every interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless service experience.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A professional, customer-focused demeanor with a can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new technology.
- Works well in a collaborative environment, sharing information and supporting team goals.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish), are highly desirable.

- Full - Time
- Competitive pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
