Customer Service Representative (Temporary) - Amphenol Pcd

Business is booming and we are looking to expand our Customer Service team at Amphenol Pcd!

Job Summary:
The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.

Essential Functions include:
Providing accurate and on time quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing / contract pricing / special pricing)
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service Supervisor of any problems that may arise
Order entry and change order / schedule management
Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team representation
Provide outstanding customer service
Process expedite requests with the planning team
Other related administrative and customer service duties as required

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, sense of urgency, and follow-through skills
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast pace, high pressure, results-oriented environment

Years' Experience:

• 1+ years' customer service

Required Education:

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
