Experience: At least two years in a manufacturing environment.
Professionalism: High level of customer care and professionalism.
Problem Solver: Enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate on the phone and through email.
Learning Attitude: Eager to learn about our diverse product lines.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Requirements:

Customer Interaction: Two years of experience communicating with customers/clients via phone and email in a manufacturing setting.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to type at least 40 words per minute.
Systems Experience: Two plus years with ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems, including BOMS and routings.
On-Site Commitment: Ability to work on-site full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
