Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Follow up to ensure resolution and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
