Customer Service Representative - Pool Troopers

Pool Troopers, LLC is a fast-growing, private-equity backed Pool Service Company, based in Tampa, Florida. Originally founded in 1952, Pool Troopers now has branches spanning Florida as well as Texas and Arizona.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus, but not a requirement of the position. Starting pay is $20/hr.
- Experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
- Be able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
- Have keyboard and listening skills.
- Someone who can keep their cool under any circumstance.
- Be a good team player! Come to work, be a professional and have a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously
- Must be able to type 40-60 wpm
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed
