FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Perform all general office administrative functions, including answering phones and emails and routing to the appropriate person, filing as required, general office organization
- Invoice reconciliation and collections
- Take customer orders via telephone and email
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of customer orders to ensure proper communication and delivery
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hourly Pay Range: $20-$23/hr
