CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (59373)
HOURS: In-office, or potential hybrid schedule
Business hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday
PAY RATE: $18.50/hr - $19.00 for bilingual English and Spanish

Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer a high volume of telephone calls with superior customer service
- Enter registration information into database
- Follow call script protocol when registering students into classes
- Make outbound calls as needed to customers regarding class cancellations, schedule audit, problems with enrollment, etc.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve customer issues
- Open and process returned mail
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent phone/communication skills
- Experience in a call center environment, desired
- Strong computer skills, Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
