Description:
Working in the back office/showroom occasionally, answering the phone, directing calls, filing, invoices, labels, general customer service with customers and basic administrative tasks. Working with the Showroom consultants on administrative duties and paperwork as needed
Assist retail customers and contractors, both in person and over the phone, to order material and meet their needs. Use your creativity and design ideas to help customers make their dreams come true. You will work with customers to select the stone slabs that will become their granite kitchen counter, marble floor or any other numerous possibilities. Orders are entered via a computer program within a Microsoft Windows environment. You will be providing the best buying experience available. This is a non-commissioned sales position

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years receptionist experience
Front office Experience
Retail experience in building supplies, tile etc preferred, but not required
