Job Description:

Successful candidates will have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
- Manage a large volume of inbound calls, and emails, with efficiency.
- Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Accurately enter and process orders in a timely manner using company software.
- Ability to look up part numbers using online catalogs.
- Assists customers with order placement and issue resolution.
- Track orders, shipments, and process returned goods requests.
- Provide feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Diligently follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve open issues.
- Adhere to company policy by exceeding customer expectations.
- Supporting continuous improvement activities.
- Adhere to quality policy by exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Cross communicates with other departments in Morgan Olson.
- Support teammates and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Creative, hands-on problem solver.
- Good follow-up capability.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and effective de-escalation skills.
- Proficient ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload.
- Friendly and professional phone skills.
- Effective at de-escalating customer concerns.
- Customer Service or prior Sales experience 2 years
- MS Office products
- Salesforce Software preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, bill of materials and analyze data.
- Experience in order entry practices.
- Excellent Telephone etiquette.
