About the Job
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, chats and emails
Delivering world class customer service
Researching to find answers to customer questions
Invoicing as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using Trello or Slack or other chat software
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but is not required
Scuba Dive certified is a plus but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2-3 years of customer service experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
Experience with a multi-line phone system
Invoicing in QuickBooks
MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
